Project Manager - TA in the Balkans and Asia

We are seeking to recruit a recent graduate with an interest in development issues, especially Public Sector and Governance to join our team. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the team in the development of expressions of interest and tenders and in the administration of projects.

His/her tasks will include:

• Assisting in the development of new project opportunities
• Search and recruit experts, collect their references and draft related contracts
• Promoting Naturex with institutions and consultants;
• Liaise with freelance experts and Naturex Administration Department on issues related to timesheets, approvals, invoicing from experts and contracts with experts
• Assist the Team Leader and Project Team on the application of project management procedures (timesheets, use of incidental expenditures, etc;)
• Feed Naturex web based project management system and prepare financial reporting
• Submit official requests to Contracting Authority (approvals of ST experts, Addenda, etc) in coordination with the Project Director
• Support in the preparation, editing, printing and delivery of tender
• Day to day central administrative requirements of projects
This project has an aim to rebuild all three broadcasters within the PBS in a single and functional PBS system around the project of establishing the PBS Corporation or the so-alled 4th Entity and ensure smooth restructuring of this important public institution in Bosnia and Herzegovina.



# At least Bachelor's degree in Social Science (Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Law, etc.) or Engineering

# Fluency in English

# Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team

# The candidate will demonstrate strong commitment to results, excellent communication, negotiation, project management and problem solving skills with a commercial attitude.

# Full computer Literacy

# At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the international development industry

# Acquaintance with Public sector development issues in developing countries is an asset

# Experience or interest in the areas of Asia and the Balkans
